An emerging social innovation in Montreal’s Centre-Sud district
Initiated by the Canada Research Chair in Patient and Public Partnership, with the support of the Borough of Ville-Marie, CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal, and the Corporation de développement communautaire Centre-Sud, the Caregiver Community project is designed to forge links between professional healthcare workers, community organizations, and citizens who want to get involved.
